Remote Diagnosis
for Broadband Customers
First, we send you
an e-mail message containing a link for a remote
diagnosis session. You must click the "Accept
Connection" link for each session before we can
log into your computer. After connecting
to your computer, our experienced staff runs a
virus scanning program and other adware/spyware
removal programs with your permission. If you have a problem that cannot be repaired remotely, we will give you an estimate of the
time/cost required. Our minimum charge is $75.00 for the initial connection.
On-Site Pickup for Local Customers
If you are a local customer, we will pickup your system box, perform the requested services,
and return to you. Our experience has indicated that it is usually more convenient
for the customer to have the services performed off-site as virus removal, etc. can
be a time-consuming process.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by check if you are a local customer. Remote customers
can pay by credit card or PayPal.
Confidentiality
We do not share your personal information with third-party firms or individuals.
